Shipping priced automatically
At checkout the site picks the right package for your pieces, measures the distance to your ZIP and shows tracked USPS choices — Ground Advantage, Priority or Express — each with a delivery date. Orders over $100 ship free on Ground Advantage. Shipping is inside the United States only for now.
When it ships
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the North Carolina studio within two business days. Made-to-order and personalized work ships once it is finished — the piece's page lists its making time.
Returns on ready-to-ship
Unworn ready-to-ship pieces can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Send a message first so Shannon can watch for the package.
Personalized and one-of-a-kind
Pieces made with a name, date or one-of-a-kind details are final sale. If something arrives damaged or wrong, Shannon fixes or remakes it.
Something broke
Handmade beadwork can be repaired. Send a photo within a year and Shannon will repair it or quote the work honestly if it is beyond a simple fix.
