Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. Every bead, weave and finish is done by hand in Shannon's studio. Small differences between pieces are part of the work, not a flaw.
Can I add a name, date or initials?
Many pieces can be personalized. If a piece supports it, the option appears on its page with a note field. For anything more specific, send a message through the contact page.
What if a piece is marked one of a kind?
It exists once. When it sells, it is gone — Shannon can make something in the same spirit, but never an identical copy.
How do I care for beadwork?
Keep pieces dry, store them flat or hanging away from direct sun, and put them on last after lotion or perfume. A soft dry cloth is all the cleaning they need.
Do you take returns?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days unworn. Personalized and one-of-a-kind work is final sale — full details are on the shipping and returns page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — orders ship inside the United States only. Everything leaves Shannon's studio in North Carolina.
